Inspired by trips I have taken I wanted to encourage people to look at their surroundings in a slightly different way, to find beauty in the ordinary. Hidden in the envelopes is a poster, one side is a busy display of images, the other a sort of tick list of all things that you won't find in a guide book. These seemingly insignificant experiences are what I think makes each city unique.

Typographic response to a poem by Dee Rimbaud. The posters were designed to go up in hospitals around the south west, I hope they inspire some imaginative thinking.

daylight hours



I designed this diary to show how the number of daylight hours changes throughout the year. The percentage of the yellow and black diagonal lines reflect the average amount of daylight and dark hours we receive each month.
